Villa replace Harrison on all-star team

Matt Harrison was supposed to be the lone Pelican representative in the Carolina League all-star game.  With Harrison promoted to Mississippi, Kelvin Villa will take his spot as the only Pelican on the all-star team.  Kelvin is 5-2 with a 2.69 ERA in 8 starts and 6 relief appearances this year.
