- Macay McBride made a rehab appearance for Mississippi and tossed a scoreless inning with one hit and one strikeout. This is great news in his road back to the majors. I would love to see him in Atlanta's bullpen with Chuck James moving into the rotation.
- Salty got his first hit of the year and it was a, you guessed it, home run!
- Brian O'Connor and Kevin Barry combined to walk 10 batters today against Durham. O'Connor pitched around them pretty well while Barry struggled and was tagged with the loss.
- James Parr tossed five shutout innings.
