Roster moves
Joey Devine was sent down to Richmond to iron out his problems. Hopefully it won't take very long and I don't think it will. The surprising part is that they called up Peter Moylan. This is probably just until they can get either McBride or Boyer back. I don't expect Moylan to contribute much. Of course, not giving up seven runs in two outings will make him a positive contributor as a replacement for Devine.
Chipper was placed on the DL and his replacement on the 25 man roster has not been announced. It is widely suspected that Tony Pena, Jr. will be the one called up. He won't contribute much either. He's a bad hitter but he can play 2B, SS, or 3B.
