Brayan Pena Gets The Call

This was an obvious move with the injury to Brian McCann. Thank goodness it will probably be a short stay though. McCann is currently listed as day-to-day and is hoping to avoid the DL. Pena's strength has always been his ability to hit for average. However, he has been struggling in Richmond this year batting just .226. He will probably split time with Todd Pratt for a few days until McCann is healthy. Peter Moylan was sent down to make room for Pena. Moylan was expendable with the addition of Lance Cormier from the DL.
